Warm white C9 roofline lighting is our standard. It is the classic look, it suits almost every home, and it is what we stock, so booking it is straightforward. We also wrap trees and shrubs, light walkways and landscape beds, and pick out entry details.
Want something other than warm white? Color themes, custom wreaths and garland, oversized displays, and specific bulb styles are all available by special order. We order regularly, and if we can source it, we will price it and include it in your quote. Special orders require extra lead time, so ask as early in the season as you can.
This service is built primarily for residential homes, though we also take on a limited number of small commercial storefronts in the Sioux Falls area.

When should I book to have lights up before Christmas?

How long does installation take?
Almost every installation is completed in a single day. Larger properties and displays with a lot of detail work are the rare exception, and we will tell you upfront when we quote the job.
Do you take the lights down afterward?
Yes. Removal is included and typically begins in January. Because of Midwest winter weather, some properties are not cleared until as late as March. We will keep you updated on your specific timing.
Will you put the same lights up next year?
Yes. We store your lighting between seasons and reinstall it the following year, so once you are set up, every season after that is a single phone call.
What if the weather is bad on my scheduled installation date?
Installations are scheduled around weather windows. If a storm pushes your date, we will reschedule and keep you posted, the same way we handle timing on our snow removal routes.

Will the installation damage my roof or gutters?
No. We hang everything with clips designed for shingles and gutters. We do not use staples or nails, so there are no holes left behind when the lights come down.
What if a section of lights stops working mid-season?
Call us and we will have it fixed within 24 hours. That is our guarantee for the entire season, whatever the problem and whatever day it happens. The only thing that delays us is weather severe enough to make roof work unsafe, and in that case we come the moment it clears.
Do the lights turn on automatically?
Yes. An automatic timer is included, and we set it during installation. Your lights come on and shut off on their own every night, with nothing for you to plug in or switch.
